    1. BUCKLEY / S/A/M - After The Bufo EP

      In the summer of 2023, Upgrade Records made its return with a nostalgic, party-starting EP from the previously unknown artist In 5 D (probably an alias for someone more familiar, but don't quote us on that). For the label’s comeback, long-time DJ/producer Buckley Boland—known for his work on Made To Play, Black Riot, and One Records—takes the reins. What he’s crafted is a sample-rich, nostalgic ride that blends the angular, wonky sounds and mind-bending noises of early-to-mid-2000s tech-house with influences of classic acid house, electro-house, and the gritty house filth of the now-defunct Music For Freaks label. In short, it’s all about fun, party-starting vibes, with tracks like the bouncy 'Daft Sandwich', the lively 'Nude Night', and the break-driven groove of 'S/A/M Real Man' standing out. Learn More

      This new one from Binary Digit is inspired by the legendary Balearic Islands. It is a great second EP on this label following his fine debut and captures Ibiza's famous essence - namely partying, relaxation and blissed-out days while mirroring the island's hedonistic yet harmonious moods. Each track evokes the joy and unity of clubbers celebrating in an atmosphere of sharing, respect and ecological mindfulness. Standout track 'Smkndpe' has gained TikTok fame and has a quick-stepping groove with nice balmy pads.       Four years since their 032 collaboration, TSVI and DJ Plead are back on AD 93 to stir the pot of electronic music.     1. RUBY RUSHTON - Stapodia EP (Pre order)

      pianist/composer Aidan Shepherd and drummer Tim Carnegie - were invited to Mykonos as part of a collaboration between Maera Music and 22a, which allowed the band to spend a few days writing and recording some new music. It was an opportunity for the quartet to spend some time together in a secluded hillside villa without any distractions and ultimately kick start the writing process for a long overdue album.
